Founder of Elevare · Indianapolis
I build systems that help established companies remember what they know, and put it to work.
I’m Joshua DeLucia, and most people call me Josh. I founded Elevare, an Indianapolis company that builds the intelligence layer inside established businesses: one connected foundation of company knowledge, systems, and outside signals, so people and AI tools work from the same picture. Then we run it.
I cut my teeth in data center and cloud computing sales, back when hardly anyone knew what the cloud was, and I’ve worked in enterprise technology and go-to-market ever since. This site is the short version of who I am, what I’m building, and what I’ve written along the way.
The problems I work on
-
Companies that can’t remember why
Most businesses record what happened. Far fewer can say why a pricing decision was made, what their best customers have in common, or how a job really gets estimated. That knowledge sits in scattered systems and a few people’s heads, where no person or tool can reach it.
-
Growth that’s constrained, not missing
In an established company, growth is rarely absent. It’s held back by something nobody can see, because sales knows what sales knows, operations knows what operations knows, and everyone works from a partial view.
-
AI that does real work
Most AI programs start with a tool. I’d rather start with the company: what it knows, where that lives, and which decisions it would improve. Then put AI inside real processes, with a person where a person belongs.
What I’m building
All projects, with details-
Elevare Operating business
The company I founded. It builds and runs a governed intelligence layer for established companies, starting where it pays back fastest, which is usually growth and sales.
-
TIP Early access
Territory intelligence for field sales teams: which accounts deserve attention this week, and why now, with a public source behind every recommendation.
-
Elevare Command Internal tool
The operating layer Elevare runs its own work on. Internal, not a client offering.
Recent writing
More writing-
The Most Important Thing I Built This Week Was a Boundary
Connecting every source gives software more context, not better judgment. Why relevant context beats maximum context.
-
The Score Isn’t the Intelligence
A number can sort a pile. The reasoning behind it is what matters, and every score hides an assumption.
-
The Intelligence Estate
The first entry in my weekly series: why knowledge disappears even when somebody wrote it down, and what it takes to give it one usable home.
