Work
What I’m building
A short list, with an honest label on each. One is an operating business, one is in early access, one is an internal tool, and one is an early-stage project. I’d rather you know which is which.
Elevare
Operating business · Founder
- The problem
- Established companies hold years of valuable knowledge in documents, email, CRM records, meetings, and people’s heads. AI tools can’t reach it, so they give generic answers, and the company keeps relearning what it already knew.
- What exists today
- A firm that builds a governed intelligence layer inside a client’s business and then runs it: a connected, permissioned memory of the company; growth and sales intelligence; custom internal applications; and AI agents placed inside specific processes. Engagements move from an assessment to a blueprint, a build, and ongoing operation. The client’s knowledge stays in the client’s environment, and the AI models underneath are interchangeable.
- Who it serves
- Established companies, including manufacturers, distributors, industrial and field service firms, contractors, professional services firms, IT service providers, and logistics and healthcare services companies. The focus is Indianapolis first, with the Midwest next.
- My role
- Founder. I started the company and lead it.

TIP: Territory Intelligence
Early access · An Elevare product
- The problem
- Field sales teams have more accounts than time. The signs that a buyer is about to move, such as an RFP, a permit, a budget, or an ownership change, sit in public records that nobody has time to read.
- What exists today
- A daily account-prioritization product that watches those public records and recommends who to visit or call, and why now. Every recommendation links to its source, and TIP doesn’t guess at people or supply contact details. It’s in early access: a small group of sales teams is being onboarded, with a paid pilot as the next step after a sample.
- Who it serves
- Built first for IT service providers selling to local government and for industrial service teams.
- My role
- TIP is built by Elevare and is part of the work I lead there.

Elevare Command
Internal tool
- What it is
- The operating layer Elevare runs its own work on. It applies the same idea Elevare builds for clients, a connected memory that people and AI work from, to Elevare itself.
- Status
- Internal: the layer Elevare runs on itself. This site doesn’t go into how it works. I mention it because much of what I write about comes from building and using systems like it.
Elevare Performance
Early-stage project · Founder
- The problem
- Most routine and performance plans assume ideal conditions. They tend to fall apart in a real week with a demanding job and a full life.
- What exists today
- A public site with a free, short assessment that produces a written baseline across energy, recovery, stress, and routines, plus a framework designed to hold up on bad weeks as well as good ones. It’s educational and doesn’t give medical advice.
- Who it serves
- People with demanding jobs who want routines that survive real life.
- My role
- Founder. I built it.

What isn’t here
Client names, client results, and the inside of how these systems work. Client work stays with clients. If you want to know whether something like this fits your business, email me.
